Rental Reservation Policy:
To secure your rental, a non-refundable retainer is required. Rentals are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, and your reservation is not confirmed until the retainer is paid.
• For reservations made 14 or more days in advance: A 50% retainer is required at the time of booking.
• For reservations made within 14 days of the rental date: Full payment is required at the time of reservation.
If you need to cancel your reservation, the retainer is non-refundable. However, if ProAAL can rent the product to another customer on the same date, your retainer may be refunded.
Security Deposit Requirement:
A security deposit is required for gear rentals. The deposit amount is equal to the full value of the gear if purchased. Security deposits can be paid by cash or credit/debit card only. Checks are not accepted, and no exceptions will be made.
For credit/debit card payments:
• Funds must be available on the card and will be held as an authorization only (not charged).
• The hold duration is typically 3-5 business days, but this may vary depending on your financial institution.
• ProAAL has no control over the hold duration. Please contact your bank or card issuer for details.
The cardholder must be present with a valid photo ID. No exceptions will be made.
Rental Pick Up/Return Policy:
All rentals must be picked up between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM on the scheduled rental day. If the rental is not picked up by 5:00 PM, the retainer will be forfeited, and the reservation will be canceled.
Please allow sufficient time for paperwork and product demonstrations when picking up your rental.
